This update contains many bugfixes and stability improvements.

In this version we present new integrated multi-monitor facilities such as Multi-monitor Taskbar and Task Switcher, the fully native look of title buttons under Vista Aero and the new Quick Settings dialog. Please note: since this version we stop to support Win9x platform (which includes Windows 95/98/ME).
