This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and AnyMP4 Studio, the developer of the program ('AnyMP4'), regarding your use of AnyMP4 products ('Software'). By installing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights with respect to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT:
Once registered, you are granted a revocable, personal, non-exclusive and nontransferable license to install and activate the Software on only one computer for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not make the Software available on a network, or in any way provide the Software to multiple users, unless you have first purchased at least a MULTI-USER license from AnyMP4 Studio.
2. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by AnyMP4 Studio or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material, and may not remove or conceal any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Software.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not, and you may not permit others to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or in any way derive source code from the object code portions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; (b) modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the SOFT
