IMPORTANT NOTEEND-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR "Bingo Game"
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY Please read the following license agreement. You must agree to its terms before purchasing a license for Bingo Game or downloading any version of Bingo Game.
This end-user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and for Freeman Software, including computer software, electronic documentation and printed materials ("SOFTWARE"). By Downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE, including any updates, in your possession or return them to Freeman Software.
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
1. All copyrights to Bingo Game are exclusively owned by the author- Freeman Software.
2. Anyone may use the trial version of this software with several functions limited. If you wish to use the full version of Bingo Game, you must purchase a license.
3. The licenses issued for Bingo Game is Single computer usage,which means the user purchases one license to use Bingo Game archiver only on one computer.A user who purchased a Bingo Game license, is granted a non-exclusive right to use Bingo Game on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above according to the number of licenses purchased,for any legal purpose. The licensed Bingo Game software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety,if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
4. The Bingo Game unlicensed trial version may be freely distributed,with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.
a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package with the exception of the UnBingo Game components, without written permission of the copyright owner.
b. The Bingo Game unlicensed trial version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner.
c. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.
5. THE Bingo Game ARCHIVER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
6. There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of purchasing a license, associated with the creation and distribution of Bingo Game archives, volumes, self-extracting archives or self-extracting volumes. Legally registered owners may use their copies of Bingo Game to produce archives and self-extracting archives and to distribute those archives free of any additional Bingo Game royalties.
7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
8. Bingo Game binary code is not allowed to be used or reverse engineered to re-create the Bingo Game compression algorithm, which is proprietary, without written permission of the author.Bingo Game register codes or keyfiles may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder.
9. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Freeman Software.
10. Installing and using Bingo Game signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Bingo Game files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
