LICENSE FOR THE PROGRAM Attention! License Agreement and limited warranty for the CalculationLaboratory software. The use of this software is limited by the terms of the attached license. Your use of this software constitutes acceptance of the terms of this license. This license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "AGREEMENT") is a legal document concluded between you (an individual or a legal entity) and the author regarding the above-mentioned author's software product (hereinafter referred to as the "SOFTWARE"), which includes a computer program recorded on appropriate media or transmitted by e-mail or other electronic means, any printed materials or any "embedded" or "electronic" documentation. The SOFTWARE also includes any updates and additions provided by the author. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you thereby accept the terms of the AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of the AGREEMENT, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. 1 LICENSE VOLUME. 1.1 You may use the SOFTWARE in its entirety, except in cases where the extended functionality of the SOFTWARE is required. In the latter case, a paid extension of the functionality is available to get the extended functionality. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS. 2.1 Prohibition of technology disclosure, decompilation and disassembly. It is forbidden to open the technology, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. 2.2 You can use the SOFTWARE for free with functional limitations. To extend the functionality (in full or in part) you can buy a license. You can only use the SOFTWARE on one computer. To use the SOFTWARE on other computers, you must purchase the appropriate number of licenses. 2.3 Trademarks. THE AGREEMENT does not grant you any rights with respect to any trademarks or names belonging to the author. 3. COPYRIGHT. All proprietary rights and copyrights to the SOFTWARE (including, without limitation, any parts included therein), the content of the accompanying printed materials, and any copies thereof belong to the author. THE AGREEMENT does not grant you any rights to access the content of the SOFTWARE. 4. USING THE SOFTWARE 4.1 The author is not responsible for any results that could be used in experiments or experiments. Only the person who wrote the script text, performed calculations or performed the experiment is responsible for all the data of the results 4.2 The author is not responsible for performance problems, failures and other problems affecting the operation of individual software tools of the program, resulting in program failures in the case of the use of unsupported hardware or software, such as drivers of those devices, programs that are needed for the operation of a certain software tool of the program. 5. USING CALCULATION TOOLS 5.1 All the work done by calculations, responsibility for the result of work, such as calculation results, discrepancies in the results of work and the appearance of problems, etc. in case of incorrect calculation accuracy settings, if an extreme type of number (special calculation mode) is used, insufficient or excessive settings of calculation accuracy are assumed by the person, subject, etc. 5.2 Author of research, calculations or other research (not to be confused with the author of the SOFTWARE!!!) only he himself is responsible for the results, or problems that have arisen subsequently from the use or non-use of the SOFTWARE as the main, working, or some other use as a tool for calculation. LIMITED WARRANTY The SOFTWARE is delivered on an "as is" basis. No guarantees are attached or provided. You use the SOFTWARE at your own risk. The author is not responsible for any loss or distortion of data, any lost profit in the process of using or misuse of the SOFTWARE.missed profit during usage or misuse of the SOFTWARE.
