Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. Registered/Commercial Version One registered copy of CyberMatrix In Out Scheduler may be installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people. You may access the registered version of CyberMatrix In Out Scheduler through a network, provided that you have obtained an appropriate seat license for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For example, if 10 different workstations will access CyberMatrix In Out Scheduler on the network, you must have purchased a 10-seat CyberMatrix In Out Scheduler license, regardless of whether the workstations use CyberMatrix In Out Scheduler at different times or concurrently. A site license allows any number of machines in up to ten different sites to have the software installed and used by any number of people at the company the software was registered to. Disclaimer of Warranty CYBERMATRIX hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of mechantability or fitness for any particular purpose. CYBERMATRIX will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if CYBERMATRIX or an agent of CYBERMATRIX has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall CYBERMATRIX' liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta and further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the courts of Alberta. Demo Version Evaluation and Registration This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you wish to use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required. See the help file for ordering information. Unregistered use of In Out Scheduler after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of Canadian and international copyright laws. Distribution Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Demo Version (select About from the CyberMatrix In Out Scheduler Help menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Demo version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Demo version to anyone; and distribute the Demo version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission. ###
