Dynamic Web TWAIN is a TWAIN-based scanning SDK software specifically designed for Web applications on Windows and Mac. All APIs are totally implemented in HTML5. With just a few lines of JavaScript code, you can develop robust applications to scan documents from TWAIN-compatible scanners, edit the scanned images and save them to a file system. Dynamic Web TWAIN performs Web scanning in all mainstream browsers, including Internet Explorer version 6 and above; Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari on Windows (XP, 2003, Vista, 7, 8 and 10). Support both 32-bit and 64-bit browsers and systems. Dynamsoft Barcode Reader can work as an add-on to Dynamic Web TWAIN, so as to empower your web application with the ability to read barcodes from scanned documents. Dynamsoft™ has updated its Dynamic Web TWAIN™ document scanning software development kit (SDK) to version 14.0 with workflow efficiency increases when working with images and uploading files.

Distributing Dynamic Web TWAIN ActiveX Only DynamicWebTwainCtrl.dll can be distributable with end user application. All other files and documentations can NOT be distributed. YOU MUST NOT DISTRIBUTE DynamicWebTWAINActiveX.lic. Dynamic Web TWAIN is very easy to distribute. Since Dynamic Web TWAIN is developed directly with pure Win32 API and assembly language, no additional supporting DLL or file is needed to distribute Dynamic Web TWAIN. JPEG codec is the built-in feature of Dynamic Web TWAIN and no additional DLL is needed either. Please refer to the License Agreement for more info.
