Email Recovery for Mozilla Thunderbird END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Email Recovery for Mozilla Thunderbird End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and EmailAdepts.com setting forth how you can use Email Recovery for Mozilla Thunderbird, including the computer programs, documentation and any other associated media ("THE SOFTWARE"). You acknowledge that you agree to its terms by downloading, installing, and/or using THE SOFTWARE.
1. Anyone may use the unregistered demo version of THE SOFTWARE. The unregistered demo version of THE SOFTWARE may be freely distributed provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of THE SOFTWARE without written permission from the copyright holder.
2. THE SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. All software, help files, and so on are and will remain the property of EmailAdepts.com and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
3. You may install THE SOFTWARE on a single computer. You may not install THE SOFTWARE on multiple computers or a network server unless you have purchased a separate Site License.
4. All licenses are prepaid, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
5. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer THE SOFTWARE, nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not make access to THE SOFTWARE available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor permit anyone else to do so. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
6. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
7. EmailAdepts.com reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
8. Installing and using THE SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
