EVALUATION VERSION
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 15 days. If after your 15-day evaluation period you would like to continue to use Ensembles for Windows (R) Version 10, you must purchase the full version.
Use of the evaluation version of Ensembles for Windows after the 15-day evaluation period is in violation of United States of America ("U.S."), European and International Copyright laws and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law!
FULL VERSION
One full version of Ensembles for Windows (R) Version 10 may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the full version of Ensembles for Windows (R) Version 10 through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 4 different workstations will access Ensembles for Windows (R) Version 10 on the network, each workstation must have its own Ensembles for Windows (R) Version 10 license, regardless of whether they use Ensembles for Windows (R) Version 10 at different times or concurrently. JURISDICTION, GENERAL PROVISIONS
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America ("U.S."). Valid in all questions of law is the U.S. law and the U.S. jurisdiction. All users of this software agree to the U. S. law and the U. S. jurisdiction.
All disputes, allegations of breach, and differences of whatsoever kind and nature related to or arising out of this Software License and Warranty Disclaimer shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. It is the intention of the parties that all disputes, allegations of breach, and differences arising out of this Agreement be submitted to binding arbitration. The parties hereby agree that all arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Atlanta, Georgia under the auspices of the Atlanta office of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted before a panel of not less than three (3) arbitrators. The parties hereto shall each have the right to select one of the three arbitrators, and the two arbitrators so chosen shall select the third arbitrator. The parties hereby waive any and all objection to jurisdiction and venue, the right to have their disputes adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdictio in any nation of the world, and the right to a jury trial, where applicable.
MISCELLANEOUS
By accepting this Agreement and installing the software user agrees that he may be contacted via email or other means by Ensembles for Windows (R) Version 10 LLC or its designees. User may notify Gneesis Technologies or its designees in writing or email to not be so notified.
