After thirty days, unless properly registered, the software must be deleted from the computers it is used on 2. Copy the Software for backup purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices. You may not: 1. Permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed in this agreement. 2. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on the Software. 3. Rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software. 4. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software. The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This Licence gives you no rights to such content. TERMINATION. The licence will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software. REGISTERED VERSION. One registered copy of EquationsPro may either be used by a single person who uses the Software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may make one copy of the program as a backup copy only. You may not Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on the Software. You may access the registered version of EquationsPro through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licences for the Software covering all workstations that will access the Software through the network. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
