Fresh Software has released version 1.2 of their freeware search tool, FreshFind. FreshFind provides instant access to search engines, saving users the time it takes to fire up a browser and navigate to a search page. The program is activated by a global hotkey and can instantly search Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, AltaVista, Mamma, Dictionary.com, WikiPedia, and user-defined search engines. New in version 1.2 is an optional search history feature and a bug fix. The software is completely free, but donations are accepted. Fresh Software, a Wisconsin-based shareware and freeware vendor, was founded in 1998. Its other programs include Port Magic, DirSpace, Warden, Sentry, and X-NetStat.
