Mirolit Halotea (Halotea) is an application for sound atmosphere creation, relaxation and rest.

This is a trial version. Anyone may use it during a test period of 14 days. Following this test period or less, if you wish to continue to use Halotea, you must purchase a license.

There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of purchasing a license. Users who purchased Halotea licenses may use their copies of Halotea free of any additional Halotea royalties.

By installing this software you agree to the terms of the Halotea license text below. 

Halotea EULA (End User License Agreement) for use and distribution 

Halotea is shareware. This means:
1. The author and holder of the copyright of Halotea is Dmitriy Y. Kolupaev. The author of sound presets, themes, and graphic files used in Halotea is Evgeniy S. Shumilkin. 
2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 14 days. Following this test period of 14 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Halotea, you must purchase a license. 
a. The basic type of license issued for Halotea is a single computer USAGE license. The user purchases ONE license to USE the Halotea on ONE computer. Home users may use their single computer usage license on all computers which are in property of the license owner.
b. A user who purchased a Halotea license, is granted a non-exclusive right to use Halotea on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. The licensed Halotea software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
3. The Halotea unlicensed trial version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way. 
a. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the installation package with the exception of the Halotea packages (.hpkg files - skins and presets packages), without written permission of the copyright owner. 
b. The Halotea unlicensed trial version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of the copyright owner. 
c. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.

5. Halotea is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. Neither the author nor the agents of the author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software. 
6. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of purchasing a license. Legally registered owners may use their copies of Halotea free of any additional Halotea royalties.
7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Neither Halotea code, binary code, IL-code, decompiled code may be used or reverse engineered to re-create or analyze the Halotea algorithms, which is proprietary, without written permission of the author.
Activation keys and configuration files of Halotea may not be distributed (except as stated in item 2 above) outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Dmitriy Y. Kolupaev. 
8. Installing and using Halotea signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. 
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Halotea files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
