Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday"s the members of The Abingdon Elks lodge in Maryland are enjoying fellowship a little more. After 30 years patching an old Bingo Flashboard the lodge decided to purchase software to replace their aged system. The benefits were immediate and one benefit in particular was unforeseen.
“Since I was able to set up the rounds ahead of time it went very smoothly and we actually finished about 50 minutes ahead of when we normally do." said Thomas, an officer at the lodge. This extra time allowed the lodge members to increase the time of their fellowship after their bingo game which is something they greatly enjoyed. Fellowship is one of the lodge"s foundational principles.
IBA Bingo Flashboard is a virtual bingo flashboard with automatic voice caller that you can use in conjunction with a computer and secondary display device such as a projector. The software was initially developed by Duane Terrell under his ACCORG brand in February 2006 and is currently sold under the International Bingo Software or InterBA brand name.
The International Bingo Software is a business unit of ACCORG, a company owned by Duane Terrell. ACCORG started developing software for commercial use in December 1999.
