This EULA or End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Cigati Solutions Software. This End-User License Agreement governs your acquisition and the use of our Cigati Solutions software purchased directly from Cigati Solutions website or through an authorized distributor or reseller. This agreement contains liability disclaimers and warranty information and all other crucial licenses. So please read the complete EULA agreement before purchasing and installing the software. The EULA agreement also governs the use of the software even when you register for a free demo version of Cigati Solutions Software. By clicking on ‘accept' or even installing or using our tools, you are basically giving us the confirmation that you are agreeing with all the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you are representing a company or a firm or any other legal entity, then make sure you have the exclusive authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you are not entitled or don't have the authority or don't agree with the written terms & conditions of this End-User License Agreement, then do not use or install the software. In addition to it, you must not accept the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement. All the mentioned terms and conditions of this EULA agreement shall apply to the software downloaded and purchased from Cigati Solutions Website or through an authorized distributor or reseller. The terms will also be applied on any Cigati Solutions updates, support services, supplements, internet based services for the given software. License Grant Cigati Solutions Software hereby grants you a complete personal, non-transferable, non- exclusive license to use the Cigati Solutions software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this End User License agreement. You are permitted to install and use the Cigati Solutions software under your control. You will be solely responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements needed to run the software. You are not permitted to: · You being a user is not permitted to alter, edit, modify, adapt, translate or change the software. You are also not allowed to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software to be incorporated in any other tool or application. · Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, reproduce or even resell the software or a part of it for any kind of commercial use. · Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party · Using the application in any way which breaks or breaches local, national or international laws. · Using the Software for any personal or professional use that Cigati Solutions considers is a breach of this EULA agreement Intellectual Property and Ownership Cigati Solutions always retain the rights and ownership of the software downloaded, installed or purchased by you. All the copyrights of the software including its intellectual property rights and any modifications of whatever nature shall remain with Cigati Solutions. Cigati Solutions is the only authority who can grant rights and licenses to use the software to third party vendors. Termination This agreement will be effective from the date you first download/ purchase / use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate the EULA at any point of time upon a written notice to Cigati Solutions. This EULA agreement will also terminate on an immediate basis if you fil to comply with any of the above mentioned terms & conditions. Upon such termination, the user will have to terminate any access and use of the software on an immediate basis Governing Law This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the governing country.
