Use of Inside the Park Baseball constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to abide by them. Inside the Park Baseball is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This license agreement grants you the nonexclusive right to use Inside the Park Baseball for personal and recreational use. Commercial use of Inside the Park Baseball is not permitted. You may not rent or lease Inside the Park Baseball. Installation and Use for 14 days. You may install and use a copy of Inside the Park Baseball on your personal computer for 14 days in demo mode. After 14 days if you have not obtained a license then you must uninstall the product. You are authorized to make backup copies of Inside the Park Baseball for the sole purpose of protecting your investment. You may transfer Inside the Park Baseball freely from one computer to another, so long as there is no possibility of them being used by two people in two places at the same time. Your two licenses may be installed on two PCs of your own. You may NOT give one or more of your licenses to other persons! You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license agreement provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license agreement. If the Software is an upgrade, any transfer must include the upgrade and all prior versions. Inside the Park Baseball and accompanying documentation are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software is assumed by you. Out of the Park Developments will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect, or similar damages. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You agree to these terms automatically once you install the game!
