BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE SIGNIFYING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING LICENCE PROVISIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE PROVISIONS (SEE BELOW), YOU MUST EXIT THE INSTALLATION AFTER THIS SCREEN. AGREEMENT 1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY Since the software is provided free of charge, it is provided without any warranty of any kind, including (without limitation) warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of any third party rights. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is borne by you. Should the software prove to be defective, you will assume the entire cost of any loss or damage. In addition, the security mechanism implemented by the software has inherent limitations, and you must determine that it sufficiently meets your requirements. 2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances GAURAV DHUP be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise including (without limitation) loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or any other commercial damages or losses. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation. 3. TERMINATION Your licence to use the software will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the provisions described above. On termination, you must agree to destroy any and all copies of the software you have made.
