The Agreement:
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an organization), the end user, and JR Infotech Services in respect of using the software / images accompanying this Agreement. For making copies or otherwise using the software for any other purpose, you will have to agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not eligible to use the software.
JR Infotech Services LICENSE AGREEMENT
GRANT OF LICENSE.
The JR Infotech Services product that accompanies this license is referred to herein as "SOFTWARE." JR Infotech Services ("JR Infotech Services ") grants to you as an individual, a personal, non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE for the sole purpose. JR Infotech Services grants to you the limited right to use only one copy of the Software on a single computer in the manner set forth in this agreement. If you are an entity, JR Infotech Services grants you the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the right to use the SOFTWARE in the manner provided above. JR Infotech Services reserves all rights.
YOU SHOULD NOT :
You should not share, rent, lease, lend, transfer, resell or grant any right to use this product to any other licensed / unlicensed users.
You should not claim copyright on any works derived from, or incorporating the original content files.
You should not distribute any part of this product within, or as part of another product or software application, without obtaining prior consent in written form from JR Infotech Services .
You should not post or upload software and clip content from this product to Bulletin Boards, the Internet, Intranets, Usenet, Newsgroups, the WorldWide Web, or any other public forum, without obtaining prior consent in written form from JR Infotech Services .
You may upload software to a location (such as an ISP), providing they have been incorporated into a presentation, publication, or Web document, which discourages extraction of the original content, via electronic (or any other) means.
Software / images should NOT be used in any website that contains any offensive material or material of an adult nature or contain links to offensive material, nudity, or adult material. All photos must be used in good faith.
JR Infotech Services may revoke this license at any time without giving any notice in the event that licensee violates any of the parts of this agreement.
A lot of care has been taken in compiling and validating this data. However some information may have changed. Any error, omission or inaccuracy is purely unintentional. We assume no responsibility for such errors or its consequence.
LIMITED WARRANTY
JR Infotech Services warrants disks and documentation to be free from defect. Defective materials will be replaced free of charge, provided the defective materials are returned back to us in time, with an original receipt of purchase within thirty days. In no event will JR Infotech Services , or any of its subsidiaries, be held liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits, cost of cover, or any other incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or failure or inability to use this product however caused and on any theory of liability. This limitation applies even if JR Infotech Services , or any authorized representative or reseller has been advised of the possibility of such damage. You acknowledge that the license fee (original purchase transaction) reflects this allocation of risk.
