Welcome to the new look - Tracker Web Site - we hope you like it !

But that's not all that's new - today we also launch Version 6 of all our products with a totally new PDF-Tools Version 6 product that offers some excellent new features and powerful tools to create your own functionality along with the new PDF-XChange Editor 'Plus' offering our new PDF forms creation and editing !

Additionally we have added our PDF-XChange Lite Printer driver to the PDF-Tools product to allow users to create PDF files from any 3rd party application/format that can print...

Over the coming days and weeks we will be adding new content and features to the Web site - so please do check back again in the very near future.

Today we will be performing some maintenance on our web and mail servers, in preparation for the launch of our new website.

Internal mail servers that serve our Sales and Support emails will be down today from approx 10:00 am to 11:30 am Pacific Standard Time .

Website email communication such as purchase invoices, maintenance renewals and change password and send my serial  mail will all still be available during this time through an alternate email route, but you may experience a temporary mail bounce or delay in response  when emailing any of our @tracker-software.com direct email addresses.

Your patience is appreciated.

MalwareBytes Antivirus - Incorrect Virus warning.

We reported this issue to MalwareBytes support team and they have now agreed with us that this is an incorrect - False/Positive warning and have cleared all of our products - this warning will be removed from their Virus definition database hopefully later today and you should receive no further warnings on installing any of our products . We would like to advise all our clients that Wednesday, 11th November, 2015 is a statutory Holiday in Canada for Rememberance Day.

Essential Maintenance - Web Site & Email Servers

We are performing some essential security and software upgrades to our Mail Servers this week - specifically Tuesday 28th July and Wednesday 29th July.

Inevitably this will cause some slow down in our systems as connections are restored across the entire company and this will take 24-48 hours to complete fully. 

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The most anticipated developer kit  release of the all new PDF-XChange Editor SDK is now available for trial download.

All clients are advised that our UK Office will be closed on Monday 25th May 2015, due to the Statutory Bank Holiday.

Our North American office will be open as usual and offer support for all clients once open.

Sales/Support staff are available via email/forums etc - but we will not be offering any telephone assistance - The UK Office will be open as usual on Tuesday 26th May 2015 and the North American Office will be open as usual.
