Photo Frame Master: Use Plenty of Frames and Clipart Objects at No Cost
September 11, 2009: PearlMountain Soft announces the release of Photo Frame Master, a free photo enhancement tool. Its key feature is a huge set of various frames, which can be added to pictures to make them more original and impressive. Besides the frames, the program supports a variety of masks and clipart objects. Basic editing features, such as flip, rotate, crop, brightness and contrast adjustment, are also available. Due to the easy-to-use interface Photo Frame Master can be used by beginners as well as by advanced users, and the result is always decent.
Choosing a picture is quite convenient thanks to the built-in image browser. Though the number of features supported by Photo Frame Master is not very large, they are elaborate and rich in options. For example, the frames are represented in three categories: classic, cartoon and general; and each one contains dozens of templates. The same goes for masks (lots of rectangular, round and ungeometrical masks) and especially for clip-art objects.
The clipart diversity enables the user to make lots of funny pictures without reusing the same item. Suffice it to say that there are twelve (!) categories of clip-art objects, such as seasons, comics, flowers, music, ribbons and others.
The user can also create captions by inserting and editing text objects. Among other useful features of Photo Frame Master there are "Set Wallpaper" and "Send via Email" buttons, so that a project can be instantly shared or installed as wallpaper.
