PrEditor (including all software and associated material, electronic documentation, and printed materials) is hereinafter referred to as "The Program". THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NO MATTER HOW HORRIBLE, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. By installing, copying, distributing or otherwise using The Program you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not install, use or distribute The Program, and you must destroy all copies of The Program that you have. If you purchased a licence for The Program, and you have not installed, copied or otherwise used The Program, you may return it from where you got it for a full refund. The Program is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Program is licensed, not sold and always remains the property of Thistle Software. EVALUATION This Program is not free. You are licensed to use The Program for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days. If you use The Program after that, then you must pay the registration fee. Please see the README.TXT file for details on how to register. Use of The Program after the 30-day evaluation period has expired is a violation of this Agreement. REGISTERED VERSION One registered copy of The Program may be used either by a single person on one or more computers, or on a single computer and used by many people, but not both. You choose the one of the above that suits you best. A registered copy of The Program may be is accessed via a network, provided that all individuals have individual licenses for The Program covering all the computers that access The Program via the network. You are not allowed to give the licence key to anyone else, or to publish it. DISTRIBUTION You are hereby licensed to distribute The Program, provided that you do not change it, or distribute the registration key. You are not allowed to charge money from distributing The Program without getting prior written permission from the author. TERMINATION Without prejudice to any other rights, Thistle Software may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. Once the Agreement is terminated you must destroy all copies of The Program.
