Salon Organizer is a software tool designed specifically for hairdressers, beauty salons, nail or aesthetic salons, tanning salons, fitness studios, bridal salons, fashion stores and ateliers, beauty centers, plastic and cosmetic surgery clinics, manicurists, beauticians, make-up artists and any other professionals in the field of fitness, health and beauty. This modern and extremely user-friendly program makes managing your schedule a real pleasure. This allows any professional to create a profile to maintain a personal timetable. The program allows users to switch between profiles to view the schedule of any employee, it is also possible to view multiple profiles at the same time or open the schedules of several specialists at the same time. The salon calendar has a date navigator that allows the user to open the desired date, edit the reception hours, basic and client data. You can also set different operating ranges, select vertical or horizontal time scale and 12 or 24 hour format. All profile data is password protected to prevent unauthorized access. The program also has an automatic backup function that allows you to save data to a secure archive. Importantly, data from Salon Calendar can be exported to various formats such as MS Outlook, XML, HTML, XLS and TXT. Sharing data with other applications (Apple iCal, Microsoft Exchange Server, Novell GroupWise) is easier with new support for the iCal data format. The program has a built-in print designer that offers many original templates and options for high-quality and clear timetable printing. The application is free, but if you need changes to the program, we can make them for a small fee.
