In celebration of the Chinese Year of the Snake, snakegamestation.com has released a snake game for all to enjoy. This snake game was made with a classic retro feel, while incorporating modern audio and design. Fredrik Kaupang is the co-founder and explains the development process: "We simply wanted to stay true to the original snake game while adding funny elements - for example, this snake loves eating sushi, and we plan on adding cheeseburgers and high quality tea for the snake to drink in future updates. It"s important to make this water snake happy if we plan to have a prosperous 2013 and beyond!" The company plans to release an HTML5 version of the game and several different elements in the new year. Those born in the fire, wood, earth air and metal years will have their own game to play. The music reflects the water element and will sooth and relax those with high stress lifestyles. Ben Long of Noise Buffet created the music and sounds and shared his own thoughts: "The modern world has become too stressed out and since everyone is already on a computer, we thought this would be a good way to make them calm down. The music includes deep ocean waves and music specifically made for this element. You don"t have to win the game, but only looks at the sea and hear the worlds sounds"
