Swift Invoice 1.5 is a desktop billing and invoice software application based on Excel. Our application has a template for customers, products and invoices. The invoice template shows quantity, description, unit price, item discount, tax amount, amount per line and totals for discount and amount. Swift Invoice 1.5 stores your invoices, products and customers in an Access database. The database structure of the invoice system allows the insertion, update and quick access to saved products, customers and invoices. The Pro version allows product, customer lists and to be imported and exported and invoices exported for integration with existing systems. The Swift Invoice 1.5 user-interface was designed for the quick and intuitive production of invoices. Swift Invoice 1.5 makes extensive use of data-bound drop-down combo boxes to minimize manual form filling. Swift Invoice is ideal for small to medium business owners and that require a simple but fully functional invoicing system as a standalone system or for integration into a larger system.
