ThumbsPlus Evaluation
End User License Agreement
LICENSE: ThumbsPlus Evaluation Version ('the Program') is licensed, not sold or given, to you. Subject to the terms of this agreement, you have a non-exclusive and nontransferable right to use the Program.
LIMITATION ON USE: You may not modify or translate the Program without the prior written consent of Cerious Software. You may not reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise attempt to create the source code from the Program.
OWNERSHIP: You agree that all rights, title and interest in the Program belong to Cerious Software and its licensors and they reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
TERM AND TERMINATION: This evaluation license is effective for thirty days, after which you must purchase a license or remove the Program from your computer. You may terminate this license at any time by removing the Program from your computer.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: The Program is supplied 'as-is'. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Program.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: In no event will Cerious Software be liable for any lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity, or any indirect special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages or other relief arising from the use of the Program.
REDISTRIBUTION: If you wish to distribute the Program, alone, as part of a package, or in any publication, and receive any type of remuneration, you must contact Cerious Software for authorization and terms.
