This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and 216 Technology, LLC. The TouchJams Software, Documentation, or any portions thereof (the 'Software') is protected by US and International Copyright Law and may not be reproduced in any form except as expressly permitted in this Agreement by 216 Technology, LLC, without the written permission of 216 Technology, LLC. Please send any licensing or similar requests to coloradodice@mchsi.com TouchJams (Product and Software) is licensed property of 216 Technology, LLC. Use of the software indicates your acceptance of the following statements: Licensing Statement TouchJams is licensed, not sold, for the exclusive use of the original purchaser for use on one computer only. In order to protect your investment, you may make backup copies of the software or move the software to another computer but it must NEVER be used on two computers at the same time. Disclaimer of Warranty 216 Technology, LLC has done everything reasonably possible to ensure that TouchJams is a quality product you will find useful. However, TouchJams is licensed to you 'As Is,' without any implied, express, or statutory warranty as to the quality, performance, usefulness, or success you have using TouchJams. Liability Statement and Limitation In no event will 216 Technology, LLC be responsible or liable for any damages or costs resulting from or relating to the use of this program even if 216 Technology, LLC is aware of the possibility of damage. 216 Technology, LLC's total liability to you for actual damages from any cause is limited to the amount you paid for this product. Please note, however, that this limitation MAY not fully apply to you depending on the State in which you live. Choice of Law The choice of law in any matters relating to this Agreement, TouchJams, or 216 Technology, LLC shall be that of the State of Iowa.
