TrulyMail Versions

TrulyMail 6.0.1 is available. This is a major upgrade but the improvements are mostly underneath. That means you will not see too many new features but you will see TrulyMail is even faster and smoother. We have added the following: * [Premium only] Can now drag a message from the message list to the contact list to forward to that contact * [Premium only] Added ability to paste clipboard contents as attachments when composing a message (File->Add attachments from clipboard) * [Premium only] Added local message encryption (in beta) * [Premium only] Changed highlight color when matching senders or subjects to make it more readable * [Premium only] Can now drop files from Windows explorer directly only contact list to send those files as an attachment * When delay-sending a message (Send later) it will now indicate something like "Send in 5 minutes" to make it clearer * Added option to "hide outbox after today" meaning messages to be sent on future days will not show in the message count on the outbox folder (the messages will still display in the folder) * Local attachment encryption works seemlessly to decrypt as needed to open * Beautified several sections to keep a more consistent look and feel * Created new updater system to minimize bandwidth requirements * Added "rescue" feature: Hold down SHIFT button while TrulyMail is starting to reset window position to upper left corner * Added Importance column to contact selector on main window so you can "pin" favorite contacts to the top of the list by increasing their importance * Added "Copy file" for attachments when reading a message to allow copy-and-paste between TrulyMail and Windows explorer * Added Read button to message list so you can quickly mark messages read/unread * Added "New message to this address" when right-clicking on a contact while reading a message * You can now manually send a return receipt (even if none was requested) Message->Reply->Send return receipt * Sending read receipts will now add a note to the message (like changing the message subject) * Declining to send requested read receipt will now add a note to the message * Message processing rule actions will now add notes to the affected message * Added "Reply with attachments" quick action - useful when replying with a modified attachment * Added "Reply All with attachments" quick action - useful when replying with a modified attachment * Added filtering on Processing Rule form (helpful if you have many processing rules) * Added tooltip when hovering over email account on the drop-down toolbar button to show last activity * Added Print message toolbar button We have also fixed some minor errors.

TrulyMail 5.0.14 is available. We have added the ability to press Alt+Enter to edit the selected contact in the contact list. We have also fixed some minor errors.

TrulyMail 5.0.7 is available. We have added a user notification when Google rejects sending a message because it contains certain attachment types (that Google believes are dangerous). We have also fixed some minor errors.

TrulyMail 5.0.4 is available. * Added a window to view all messages received along with details on what happened to them and which folder they are in (premium only) * Added receive and sent message counters to receving and sending email accounts * Added additional dangerous file type warnings when opening dangerous attachments * TrulyMail will now scan the contents of .zip attachments for dangerous file types and warn the user * Added ability to maintain the reading window size (in Options window on Experience tab) We have also fixed some minor errors.

TrulyMail 5.0.0 is available. We have changed TrulyMail to no longer depend on TrulyMail Server. The TrulyMail application is now focused as an email client. We have also fixed minor errors.
