Unless you have a different license agreement signed by JerMar Software your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. Evaluation and Registration This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 14 days. If you use this software after the 14 day evaluation period a registration fee of $19.99 is required for a single user license. A single user license permits a single user to install Tweaki...for Power Users onto no more than two computers that are directly under the control of said user and of which no other persons will use Tweaki...for Power Users OR Tweaki...for Power Users can be installed onto a single computer and be allowed to connect to one other computer using Tweaki...for Power Users network feature; but not both. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to JerMar Software, PMB 403, 16505 "A" S.E. First Street, Vancouver, WA 98684. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available at http://www.jermar.com/. After payment has been received a registration code is provided to the registor that creates a fully licensed version of the software. Unregistered use of Tweaki...for Power Users after the 14-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. Governing Law This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States. Disclaimer of Warranty THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Distribution of Evaluation Version Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (check About box) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. Registered Version - Network License You may access the registered version of Tweaki...for Power Users through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 5 different workstations will access Tweaki...for Power Users on the network, each workstation must have its own Tweaki...for Power Users license, regardless of whether they use Tweaki...for Power Users at different times or concurrently. Further, you may, using Tweaki...for Power User's built in network functionality, connect to other computers on your network, provided you have purchased a license for each computer you will be connecting to. For instance, if you will be connecting to 5 computers on your network, you will need to purchase 5 licenses for each of the 5 computers Tweaki...for Power Users will be connecting to, regardless of whether the connections occur at different times or concurrently.
