This document is a license agreement (the Agreement) between you (either an individual or legal entity) and Mekesoft on the program USB Manager (the Program), which includes software written in any media, any printed materials and any "embedded" or electronic documentation. By installing or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you may not use this program. This program is protected by the legislation of Ukraine and international copyright treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to intellectual property. 1. SCOPE OF LICENSE. The program is free, both for individuals and for businesses. 2. RESTRICTIONS. You are prohibited from placing the distribution program to other sites, except for official (www.imakesoft.com), without the permission of the developer. Allowed to place links to the distribution, located on the official site. 3. TERMINATION. Your rights under this agreement shall disappear in violation of this agreement. 4. COPYRIGHT. All names on the program, and all copyrights to the program and any copies thereof are owned by Makesoft. 5. LIMITED LIABILITY. This software is provided "as is". Company Makesoft under no circumstances shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the program. 6. By using application USB Manager owned by Makesoft company and accepting/agreeing to these terms you also agree to allow Oxylabs to use SDK on your device and subsequently, for Oxylabs to use some of your device’s resources (WiFi and limited cellular data) when you are not actively using your device. When installing application USB Manager to your device you also agree that you have read and understood the Oxylab’s disclosure on the use of Oxylabs SDK: https://oxylabs.io/legal/eula. If you do not agree with the installation of SDK to your device, please do not use our application.
