Watermark Photos

Watermark Photos is used to create watermarks on photos and images. The watermarks can be images, text or graphical objects.These objects include boxes, circles, arrows, lines, arrows with text, rulers, freehand polylines and angles. Autocad DXF files can be used as background images.Background images can be resized. Image filters can be used for image watermarks. The filters include contrast, hsv, hsl, rgb, equalization, bumps, waves, morphing, rotation, gamma correction and sharpening images. The size of watermark objects can be adjusted and repositioned on the screen. Watermark objects can be moved to the background if needed. You can change pen colors, background colors, brush patterns, transparency, inside background of objects and alter image effects. Images can be cropped easily. Background Images can be rotated. A background frame can be added as a border or picture frame. Different frame styles can be used. You can add copyright text for overwriting photos. Dates, photo details and other EXIF information can be added as watermarks. Image file types include .tif, .jpg, bmp, .pcx, .bmp , .ico, .cur, .wmf, .emf, .tga, and .png Watermarks can be added to the catalog to make it easier to reuse the watermarks with other photos in your collection. Watermarks can be added to image files in batches and filenames changed. Easy to Use Wizard. Altered images with watermarks can be printed.

You may distribute the evaluation version archive and make as many copies as you like provided that it is the official evaluation version archive. You are required to verify this. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission. 2. Copying, Transferring or Modifying Software. The Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary intellectual property. You may not permit concurrent use of the Software unless each user has an applicable license. You may not permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above. SEPARATION OF COMPONENTS: The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. RENTAL: You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE TRANSFER: You may not transfer or assign or sub-licence SOFTWARE PRODUCT or this Licence on a permanent or temporary basis to another person, firm or corporation. NETWORK USE: You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a network, provided that the network is owned entirely by You, and is used in the creation of your software programs and/or testing of your programs. However this licence only cover ONE(1) copy of the software product on the WHOLE NETWORK. ADDITIONAL COPIES MUST BE PURCHASED. 5. Term. If you have purchased a license to the Software, this Agreement and license are effective from the time you accept the terms of this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately and without further notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. All obligations of confidentiality and restrictions on use, and all other provisions that may reasonably be interpreted to survive termination of this Agreement, will survive termination of this Agreement for any reason. Upon termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the Software. If you have obtained an evaluation copy of the Software, and have not purchased a license to the Software, this Agreement and license are effective for a period of 40 days, FROM THE DATE THE SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED.. 6. Limited Warranty. If you have obtained an evaluation copy of the Software, and have not purchased a license to the Software, FILEHUNTER SOFTWARE makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the media (if any) on which the Software is furnished, and such media is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. 7. Warranty Disclaimers. THE SOFTWARE, THE DOCUMENTATION AND (EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 5) THE MEDIA UPON WHICH THE SOFTWARE IS RECORDED (IF ANY) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software and the Documentation is with you. Should the Software or the Documentation prove defective, you (and not FILEHUNTER SOFTWARE or its distributors, licensors or dealers) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. FILEHUNTER SOFTWARE does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or operate in the combination that you may select for use, that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects in the Software will be corrected. Adams. or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 11. THIS IS NOT FREE SOFTWARE. 12. PARTIAL VALIDITY If any of the above paragraphs is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of this license agreement. 13. Governing Law and Interpretation. This Agreement shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and Australia, without regard to its rules governing the conflict of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is held illegal or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect and the invalid provision deemed modified to the least degree necessary to remedy such invalidity. 14.
