Web Meeting

Meeting,Training,Learning or Supporting anywhere.

Web Meeting can give users the power to meet, learn, train or support each other in various maters, no matter where they are. You can even use it as a video surveillance or video publisher tool. Web Meeting contains both client and server software and is very easy-to-use and to deploy. First of all, you will have to download the self-extracting executable file (32-bit or 64-bit). Then run it on your computer, in order to extract the files to a directory. The last step is very easy: Go to the directory in which you extracted the setup files, search and run the file named 'T120.exe'. And that's all! For the first time running the server, it will create a default administrative user named 'admin'. In order to use the meeting server, open the browser and in the address bar type the URL, which has the form http://YOUR_IP:120. Replace YOUR_IP with your computer's IP. Please also make sure the IP or the port is not blocked by your firewall. In the browser, you can manage user account and join a opening meeting. To host/create a meeting, you are required to download a windows client software or Android APP from the server. Run the client or APP, you will be prompted to provide the server URL(http://YOUR_IP:120) and the account name and password created on the server, then click 'Start'. If every thing is OK, your meeting will be listed on server. Other users can join it by clicking your meeting in browser or directly typing your meeting URL in browser's address bar. To join a meeting, users are NOT required to download the client software. Any browser and any OS can join meeting.
