Win-Spy Pro License Agreement and Disclaimer EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT: Solaris IT Solutions licenses Win-Spy Pro to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement. You MAY: (i) Use Win-Spy Pro on one computer for each license purchased; YOU MAY NOT: (i) Sub-license, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Win-Spy Pro; (ii) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of Win-Spy Pro , or create derivative works from Win-Spy Pro ; (iii) Use Win-Spy Pro on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses of Win-Spy Pro you have purchased. WARRANTY: Solaris IT Solutions warrants that Win-Spy Pro will substantially perform its functions, when Win-Spy Pro is used correctly and in accordance with specifications and instructions. Solaris IT Solutions, MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the Win-Spy Pro or a refund of the purchase price, at Solaris IT Solutions's option. DISCLAIMER: Solaris IT Solutions has made every effort possible to ensure that Win-Spy Pro is free of any bugs or errors, however in no way is Win-Spy Pro to be considered error or bug free. You assume all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in Win-Spy Pro. IN NO EVENT WILL Solaris IT Solutions. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE. In no case shall Solaris IT Solutions liability exceed the purchase price for the Win-Spy Pro . Federal or local law governs the use of some types of software; it is responsibility of the user to follow such laws. It is a federal and state offense to install monitoring/surveillance software on a PC of which you do not own. It is illegal to install monitoring software on computer or network you do not own - and we cannot be held responsible for malicious users. Solaris IT Solutions will aid law enforcement in prosecution of users abusing our products for malicious purposes. DISTRIBUTION: Win-Spy Pro may NOT be sold or distributed in any way without prior written consent from Solaris IT Solutions. PRIVACY: Solaris IT Solutions does not collect any personal information about you. We will not use cookies to collect or distribute information about you for any purpose. It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not and will not ever sell names or confidential private data to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. Win-Spy Pro do not collect any information from your system GENERAL: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Solaris IT Solutions. You acknowledge and agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have received concerning Win-Spy Pro have no effect, It is the terms of this Agreement that will control all issues involving your use of Win-Spy Pro . All rights to Win-Spy Pro are owned by Solaris IT Solutions. and are protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Solaris IT Solutions retains all rights not expressly granted by this Agreement. This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated herin.
