You have our authorization for distributing the freeware version and the free trial versions of our products for totally free, according to the License Agreements and the Distribution Policy below: 1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by eM Client s.r.o. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. 2. No money is charged to the person receiving this software product, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead. If eM Client s.r.o. finds that you have violated any of the terms of this Distribution Agreement and the Software License Agreement, We may terminate the Software License Agreement and the Software Distribution Agreement for any reason. Upon notification of termination, you must agree to destroy all copies of the software products and documentations of eM Client s.r.o.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") eM Client is a computer program which, as a result of creative intellectual activity of its authors, is a work protected by copyright; economic rights of the authors in such computer program. eM Client hereby grants the Customer and the Customer hereby accepts from eM Client, an indefinite, non-exclusive, territorially unrestricted, non-sublicensable and non-transferable right to use the Software (as defined in Section 1 below) on the Designated Hardware (as defined in Section 3 below), subject to the terms and conditions specified below.
