The program "Range: a Natural object" - the program of training of electronic documents (XML-files) to communicate information from the section of forestry regulations, forest and water registry in the state cadastre of real estate the state authorities and local self-government. The XML file conforms to the XSD schema STD_NaturalObjectsToGKN. The program "Range: a Natural object" - an independent program having the intuitive user interface, simple and convenient, serves for creation of electronic documents (XML-files), designed for transmission of information by bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation, bodies of local self-government in sections of forestry regulations defining the types of permitted use of forests (forest areas), state forest and water registers in the cadastre office. The program was developed in accordance with the regulations: The order of Ministry of economic development of Russia No. 503 dated 20.10.2010 "On establishment of requirements to the format of documents submitted in electronic form in the process of information interaction at conducting the state cadastre of real estate" XML schema is used to generate XML documents in the implementation of information interaction with bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government bodies to provide information from the section of forestry regulations defining the types of permitted use of forests (forest areas), and public authorities conducting state forest and water registers. (approved by the order of Rosreestr from 08.02.2012 N 54). XSD schema: STD_NaturalObjectsToGKN. The order of Federal registration service from 12.10.2011 N N/389 "About the Collection of classifiers used by the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography in the automated systems of the Unified state register of rights to immovable property and transactions with it and state cadastre of real estate"
