Text documents shall be in a form approved by the order of Ministry of economic development and trade of the Russian Federation from August, 17th, 2006 N 244. The program "Polygon: Datasheet IHC BTI is an independent program for organizations technical accounting and technical inventory of capital construction objects (the OTI BTI), cadastral engineers and other professionals with an intuitive user interface, simple and convenient, designed according to the wishes of experts, is used to create a technical passport. The program generates the drawing based on the entered coordinates of the conditional with the use of symbols points and lines, colors. It is recommended that a drawing of the object IH to create a technical drawing, and then paste it into the program in the form of a raster.
