CodeTwo CatMan

Share Outlook categories with other users on LAN and Internet for free.

CodeTwo CatMan is a free tool for sharing categories in Microsoft Outlook. The program is used to deploy identical categories on multiple workstations with MS Outlook. It eliminates the need to finger-type data on each machine. The categories are entered on just one computer and saved to a txt file to be placed on the network drive or alternatively WWW/FTP server. All users using Outlook with CodeTwo CatMan add-on may populate these categories in their mail clients. The application is free and easy to use and saves a lot of time otherwise spent on entering identical data on multiple computers. Starting from this version, CodeTwo CatMan is also compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit.
